Quick answers

I paid but the plugin still says Free

Paste the key into Settings → License key in the plugin, then reopen the panel. Keys look like ROWBIND-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. If you lost yours, email from the address you paid with.

My images aren't appearing

Image URLs must be publicly reachable and point at an actual image file. Anything that fails is reported in the run's issue list with its row number — check there first; nothing is skipped silently.

A variant isn't switching

The value in your column has to match a value that exists on the component set — matching ignores case but not spelling. The issue list names the property and the value it couldn't find.

Sync duplicated my rows instead of updating them

Sync matches nodes Rowbind itself populated. If those layers were copied by hand, or the file was duplicated, the markers may be missing — populate once more, then sync from there.

Cancelling

Use the billing portal with your licence key. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Reporting a bug

Include what you expected, what happened, the issue list text if there was any, and roughly how many rows. A screenshot of the panel helps more than a description of it.
